***The staff is off work on Sundays and Holidays.  Please note there is $125.00 surcharge for working on Sundays and a $300.00 surcharge for working on Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter) those charges are to be included with the reservation or services will not be available on those days.  Villa Bahia offers preparation of two meals a day.  Extra meal preparation must be requested in advance and at an additional charge of $50.00 per day.

Reservation Policy – A deposit of 50% is due at booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. A reservation inquiry will be held for 5 days. If the deposit and signed contract for the said reservations inquiry is not received by that time, the reservation inquiry will be cancelled.

Cancellation Policy – If the confirmed reservation is cancelled 45 days before the arrival date, 40% of the total of the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Guests – Maximum number of guests, 10. Please note that if more guests arrive than stated in reservation, Villa Bahia reserves the right to deny access to the property. The minimum age for rental of Villa Bahia is 27 years of age unless a minor is accompanied by an adult. NO PETS

Event fees – This fee is effective if you plan to use the villa to host events involving persons beyond the registered guests. You may host 50% of the total number of registered guests without incurring this fee. This includes daytime activities and evening parties of any nature. If you would like to host an event at the villa, please let our on site management team know and they will be happy to assist you and inform you of the fee. Please be aware that written permission must be obtained prior to your arrival date for these types of functions.

Security Deposit – A security deposit of $1500.00 is required at the time of final payment. This security deposit may be used in the event of damage to Villa Bahia. The security deposit will be returned in full 30 days after a complete inspection of the villa and the telephone bill for the rental period.

Recreational vehicles or trailers of any kind will not be permitted to park at the villa. If you drive a rent a car, provisions are not available for the inside parking of your vehicle.

Responsibility – Villa Bahia owner shall NOT be held responsible for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property of persons occupying Villa Bahia.

Please remember that the country of Mexico is a generally conservative country and local law officials frown heavily on unlawful or ill moral activity. Please be aware that we will not allow activity judged to be illegal or boisterous. We respect the unwritten agreement along the south bay area of quiet time after 1am.

A minimum stay of 6 nights is preferred

Offering the maximum flexibility in accommodations, our two spacious guest floors each contain two master suites. One master suite accommodating a king size bed and the other master suite accommodating two queen size beds. Our suites are elegantly appointed and air conditioned for your comfort.

There is also a complete LifeFitness gym for your daily workout schedule. The villa is outfitted with the latest electronic requirements. Vista Vallarta Club De Golf
La Vista is located about 3 miles from Marina Vallarta towards the mountains. It is an 18 hole course designed by Jack Nicklaus, and an 18 hole course designed by Tom Weiskopf, with clubhouse and restaurant. Reservations required.

El Tigre, Paradise Village Nuevo Vallarta
An 18 hole course designed by Ernesto del Castillo, working with North American Landscape Architects. The course features seven artificial lakes with two holes set on small islands with a theme of Mayan artifacts.

Punta Mita Golf Course at the Four Seasons
1 hour north of the airport. This Nicklaus-designed course is set within vistas of white-sand beaches and the surrounding Sierra Madre Mountains. Spread over 81 hectares (200 acres), it takes full advantage of its location. Eight holes border either the Pacific Ocean or Banderas Bay. The green of one truly unique hole is located on a natural island in the ocean. The Punta Mita peninsula’s tropical landscape of palm trees and flowering trees add to the pleasure of playing this course, which is challenging for experienced golfers yet friendly for the beginner.

Marina Golf Club
Located at Marina Vallarta. A 10 minute drive from downtown. Designed by American golf architect Joe Fingers. Facility includes a driving range, putting green and pro shop.

Flamingos Golf Club – Bucerias, Nayarit
This course, designed by Percy J Clifford, is located 12 miles north of Puerto Vallarta. There have been many improvements on this course and the clubhouse. If you have not played here in awhile check it out it is much improved.
